Unit is indeed the need of the hour. However, I am not sure any of the former superstars are willing to put their names and time on the line for the present generation. Nor do I believe they have the managerial skills to handle such an organisation. <BR/><BR/>Maybe on ex-star surrounded by a group of top notch professionals is the way to go. He doesn't even have to be an international star. Only superstar cricketers( Gavasker, Tendulkar, Kapil Dev) could really stand upto administrators despite the sport being so transparent.
